There's too much injustice in the world for me to believe a higher power exists. I can put my faith in a higher power to help me achieve something but if the higher power has other plans for me,it won't happen? Then what was the point of me having faith in the first place lol You guys wanna tell me that you directly thank whatever higher power you believe in when something good happens to you and this same higher power sits back and watches while bad s*** happens because we have free will and he/she works in mysterious ways/that's the plan they have you? Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by.

If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them.

If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.
