I got a message in my LinkedIn account from a recruiter.
I look up the company. I had applied to a previous job at that company but never got a response. So I already did my research.
From the recruitment process, interviews, and the first day, I think it was like two weeks.

A charter high school picked me up at the last minute for a teaching position. I did two zoom interviews, one being a demo lesson. It took 6 months of searching to land a job like that.
I probably had 4-5 similar interviews over the course of the year; I got really close in May, including a second zoom interview that was 90 minutes long, but couldn't close the deal.
