I think opinion on dates have been ruined by social media since it's always portrayed as more of a transaction rather than just you being more intimate with someone you like. It's just crazy to me that people care so much about how much the date cost rather than if they actually like the person

i feel like dating (like to first meet someone) doesnt suit me it feels lowkey like a job interview or something, met most chicks through mutual friends, parties, work etc. but i do gotta make a effort now that covid slowed everything and those natural situations aren't as common as previous
