In the traveller community, we are taught to eat grass. My Dad used to make me go out into the garden and eat grass at least 2 days a week. He would refuse to let me eat anything else but grass for at least 2 days every week.

Local spots so much better than franchise chains.

Chipotle be expensive and their portions small, they give you bunch of rice and very little of the rest.

I remember I used to ask for double chicken and then when it gets to a cashier, they unknowingly charge me as regular portion
