I got round to listening to this for the first time a few days ago and can't stop listening since.

thank you for the bump because the thread was truly on life support. i mean i do get it. some people feel it's a hard project to crack cause it plays more like a score than songs/an album. but the s*** is just so well done. every time i listen i pick up something new or still get stunned by moments in certain tracks. that's the type of s*** I love.

i appreciate the compliment dawg I just listen to a whole lot of music lol never know where a gem can be found. i can't say i was interested in perfume genius a few years back at all for example but here we are.

Yeah for sure it's not always the easiest listening. But it is so so good. So well crafted and foward-thinking.

I did really like his last album. Just was never in the right mood for this. Guess it found me at the right time. Special piece of work. Literally had it on repeat.
