PLUMA PLANS HIS DEBUT LP, GENESIS

Arguably the hottest new breakthrough 2023, Mexican sensation Peso Pluma has announced that his debut full-length album, Genesis, will arrive 6/22 via Double P/Prajin Music.

The album consists of 14 tracks, featuring new songs with previous collaborators Natanael Cano, Gabito Ballesteros and Junior H, along with pre-album singles "77" f/Eladio Carrion and "Bye."

Pluma's sharp rise in popularity continues to ascend, as he topped Spotify's global chart twice this year with two different smashes, has 52m monthly listeners on the platform and just started his Live Nation-produced trek hitting arenas across the U.S.

How big could this project be? Place your bets, just keep in mind that Pluma has been punching above his weight class all year long.

according to a spanish producer and reporter, the album is very drake inspired, and the cover is a clear homage to scary hours 2 and dark lane demo tapes. pretty cool considering this will likely be one of the biggest albums of the year numbers wise

Heard a bunch of songs by him, but Ella Baila Sola is the only one that stuck with me.

Watched some interviews and he seems to be a cool guy though, hope to like more songs in the future if he doesn't fade away.
