It's much easier cause he didn't actually sing the songs... And Jack Nitzsche and the Wrecking Crew high-key responsible for a good amount of the mid 60s quality

Lesser know fact that Spektor got his start working under a pair of legendary songwriter/producers named Lieber and Stoller... Mainly working on stuff for the Drifters in the late 50s. Cannot recommend this stuff enough
He wrote this for Ben E King and I've had it on repeat for the last couple weeks
