Also, retaining Brian Johnson and promoting him to OC was a home-run. DO NOT let that get lost in the shuffle! This isn't just a "promote Jalen's old family friend" move, Johnson's resume is too good in his own right to try to present the hire as anything more than just an entirely qualified candidate getting a more than deserved opportunity.
