Howie built the most talented team ever and watched Jonathan Gannon drive it off a cliff in the Super Bowl. I still canāt believe it.
We keeping javon then?
At this moment it feels like weāre not keepin a single one š
We got CJGJ and Bradberry extra late last year. Have some patience. We also have major key guys coming up for extensions soon
Idk what to think anymore. I thought franchise tagging CGJ was a forgone conclusion if we couldnāt get a deal done in time. There is no chance we can keep him now.
I hear a lot about these mid round comp picks were going to pick up, has anyone told Howie that by far his biggest flaw is drafting his own talent???
The only sense I can make of this is we saw the defense we built last year and when it mattered most in the biggest game they could not get stops The fumble TD and punt return obviously take up a portion of the 38 we allowed thatās not on the defense but I think it changed the mindset moving forward
Looking like weāre going to pick up Bijan in the draft or a star caliber back via trade and weāre just gonna go all in on offense. Who cares if we give up 30+ a game if weāre scoring 35+

Brother, free agency didnāt even start yet.
I trust Howie. He never gets complacent, letās see what heās cooking.
Oh no but Patricia

We've never been a team to use the franchise tag and players possibly hitting free agency doesn't even necessarily mean they'll be gone. Howie's track record concerning the draft as of late has been solid and the strength of this year's draft class is exactly where we'll need the most help.

Free agency means nothing when you donāt have the cap space to sign players.
Still waiting for Lane and Slay to restructure

Hard to say that Howies in the clear yet. Devonta was a canāt miss guy, Landon only fell to the 2nd because of injuries the talent was clearly there
Jordan Davis could be the next Washington era Albert Haynesworth for all we know, I canāt imagine the kid we saw out there last season having to double or triple his snap count
Jurgens looked great in preseason but it was preseason, Dean hardly touched the field I canāt call either of those for sure hits yet
I can look at the long line of solidified failures though excluding a select few (Lane, Cox & BG who was a late bloomer, for example)

You're looking at it in a bubble. Every team has hits and misses in the draft. It's impossible to speak on a college player's success or lack thereof in the league at the time of the draft. Davis was the correct choice at that moment, Dean was an absolute steal and has looked great in game, and Jurgens was hand picked by Kelce.
This article can articulate Howie's draft record better than I can atm, but this narrative that he's some terrible drafter is played out.

The fact that 99% of our offensive roster was drafted rather than traded for or signed, and that we went from Super Bowl Champions, to a rebuild 2 or so years later, and then right back to the Super Bowl 3 years into that rebuild with an offense that was mostly drafted and was historically great in that Super Bowl speaks volumes to Howie's draft resumƩ.

Let Howie cook
Why this nigga looking for a trade?
Idk if I'm ready to watch that mic'd up that was finally posted
Tough watch.
Before that last chiefs drive nick tells the D, get a stop and we will go be champs. Painful

w Kelce back we can slide Jurgens or Dillard (assuming he re-signs) over to guard.
