I still faint believe what I watched last night
It’s feelin like a first round exit. This s*** is embarrassing. Heads should roll today
You hear what hurts said last night about commitment
This s*** Is over
Yeah, i thought changing DC would bring them some juice but that didnt work
We giving hurts a pass cause he sick or y’all think he legit struggling rn?
Its the play calling imo
Sure he can make better decisions but i still put most of the blame on OC/Nick

agreed. on both but OC takes first blame.
Damn
team's really rattled rn.

We have no routes that get people open, we have to rely on AJ and Smitty to make spectacular catches and u cant sustain that

My rule (for the most part) is if you're good to play you get no passes. He struggled a bit out there no doubt

no rhythm. not enough slants. not a huge fan of "going for" DPIs either, as it felt they were once or twice.

Exactly, where tf is quick passing game
AJ ate all year on those slants last year
With that being said, I've noticed for weeks now that the offense is too static. Iso routes by AJ and Smitty, and while they are talented enough to win those why make it harder on yourselves
F*** man. that was a such a gut check. not in the camp that this season is over tho. teams we have coming up suck, but this team can still do what it can to show they've found form.
not sure you can relieve Brian of his duties at this point. but also not sure where you go on that front if you are trying to make a change.

Nah, you absolutely can. We’re up against the easiest stretch of our schedule, now is as good a time as any. Brian Johnson is a detriment to this team

If Sean Desai can have his playcalling stripped because we've had another former player in-house, so can Brian. Idk about Marcus Brady but I do know he has called plays before in Indy, what do we have to lose the offense is averaging around 16 PPG the past 3
Patricia is a Belichick guy, their defenses notoriously play man coverage. If that's the route we're going James Bradberry CANNOT be on the field. Even in his prime he was better zone than man, and now he clearly does not have the foot speed to keep up with receivers in man coverage.
Slay, Ringo, and Ricks should be your outside CBs, Roby and Maddox (when he returns) in the slot, Sydney remaining in his dime LB role.
I thought Sydney Brown had a fantastic game, he missed a few tackles there at the end but what I loved was that he was seemingly always the first one to the ball. We NEED more speed and aggression on the defensive side and he provides that.
Also, shoutout to Kelee Ringo. Wasn't his biggest fan but I saw some good things there last night, both in coverage and against the run. And Lord knows a CB playing the run here is a rare thing.

I feel like the D was alright outside of Bradberry. O is a joke never pulling away when they have opportunity after opportunity
The way both of their deals were set up there was always the possibility that one of Slay or Bradberry could be gone in the offseason, with the other one gone the year following. That most definitely will be James Bradberry. So going into next year you have Slay (who will turn 33 in a few weeks), two 2nd-year players in Kelee Ringo and Eli Ricks, and the unknown of Isaiah Rodgers (despite his size he primarily played outside CB - and played it well - in Indianapolis) as your incumbent CB options on the outside.
Would not be a shock at all if that's where we go in the 1st round as well

Agree, Ringo and Sydney were solid
Was ringo in the game on last Hawks drive? I dont remember him on the field

Yeah let's be clear, us talking about James Bradberry today is an indictment on Bradberry, not the defense as a whole. You give up 20 points, only allowing 10 points through 3 quarters, you're supposed to win that game most nights on the road or not.
The offense did not do enough, 17 points is not good enough.
