Pain watching Kelce there
That was ass. Well at least I can change my avy
Thank you for everything Jason
Eagles need Belichick and Eric Bienemy

Seeing Kelce like that hurt bad man
I was on the fence if Nick should be fired. 3 years, 3 playoff appearances. But Iโm on board with firing everyone now.
There is some serious bad juju going on. Who is fighting with who? I need the truth!!

I don't envy Lurie. Really difficult decision to make. I still think it comes down to how the end of season meeting goes. Doug was fired for resisting change. If Lurie is dead set on firing BJ, and Nick won't do it then I think he's gone. Otherwise I think it's 60% he ends up staying.

And that's why I want Sirianni fired. Because the problem is bigger than Brian Johnson, you can remove him and what changes if this is still the "Nick Sirianni offense"? A (shitty) offense that he doesn't even call the plays for?
His play designs are s***. He doesn't even call the plays for them, so if we manage to find someone who can call a good game, like Shane, they'll be gone and we have to restart all over again.
He wants to focus on game planning and the finer details, in theory I get it. But we have been getting flagged for illegal man downfield since this idiot was hired 3 years ago. Guys not knowing who should be on the field in certain situations. Guys not getting the calls in.
I'm cool off all of it.
Nick apparently canโt call plays
Used his timeouts like a moron all season
And is incapable of doing anything to right the course of a sinking ship
Niggas useless
Like what exactly does he even do

Seems Harbaugh is a lock for the Chargers but otherwise I love this list (I have Vrabel as my #1)

THANK YOU!
THIS IS WHAT I'VE BEEN SAYING FOR THE LAST MONTH!
YOU'RE AN OFFENSIVE COACH WHO CAN'T CALL OR DESIGN AN OFFENSE
YOU CAN'T GET GUYS PREPARED FOR GAMEDAY EITHER
I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR COACHING RECORD OR THE 3 PLAYOFF APPEARANCES IN 3 SEASONS, NIGGA WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
You know how folks tried to run with the narrative that Frank made Doug?
That was bullshit then, but it's 100% valid here Shane made Sirianni

Sirianni offense s*** is dumb. Whose offense was it last year. It was Nick's too. BJ has no concept of gameflow or situational play calling. And someone seemed to delete RPOs from the play sheet, when we were cooking all last year with them.

We'll end up in the same situation as now if we hire Vrabel. Hiring a non-offense head coach is never it.

The point I'm making here is obviously Shane was great, but he might've been making a miracle out of a limited package. There was a McManus article that dropped this morning explaining that BJ couldn't really call what he wanted to but was using Nick's, and in some cases was overruled by Nick on certain calls.
I lean offensive HCs over defensive all day because I know the value of continuity of a play caller. But if you're an offensive guy who has a weak offense, that you're not calling yourself, it doesn't matter who the new play caller will be because it'll be a s***ty never-ending cycle
The only place I wanna see this jackass coaching next season is at Mount Union

tbh we just have to move fast on this because the Chargers are and idk if we do move fast on firing Sirianni
Howie and Harbaugh have similarities on how they view roster building and if we could land an interview I think heโd consider. thereโs a lot more talent on this team than the Chargers imo

Nick will be fired by Wednesday at the latest if we fire him
