That's how I view Saquon, with a CMC type role in our offense. I think we address WR3 in the draft and give Covey a bigger role in the slot as well

I definitely think this is the route they're going. This goes back to when CMC was still with Carolina and there were rumors that Howie wanted to trade for him before he became a Niner. If he thinks that you are a high level threat as a runner, receiver, and a blocker, to where you can be on the field all 3 downs and still impact the game whether you get the ball or not, he will be willing to pay you.

I still want a 3rd guy tho, the WR free agent market is depressed since the draft has some guys so maybe we bring in like a Curtis Samuel for the low

I’d still wanna target a LB in the draft, even if we brought him in. Definitely need major improvement in the LB room though from top to bottom
