There's definitely some schematic changes Vic can do too to help put the players in better spots (rush stance, not slanting the line as much to f*** with the run fits, etc.) to go along with the personnel switches. Then on gameday the players have to do their f***ing jobs too. Like simple s***. Like WRAP UP AND TACKLE.

I get it and definitely think his time with the team has hit its end, but trading a captain that was voted on by the players a quarter of the way through the szn feels like a recipe for disaster. Benching him would be the move imo. He’ll be under contract after the szn, so it’s not like we risk losing him for nothing in FA.
