How is the parking situation in the city on a weeknight? Specifically around Bourbon and Branch? Is it pretty hard to find a parking spot? Only other time I've been to Philly I went to a Cole concert and then a couple of clubs and parking didn't seem too bad. It's already going to be an expensive day for me even before the date so I'm not trying to spend on Uber if it's not really needed
