  • production wise, bruh been silent af. yeah you can say mans focusing more on his label but cmon man, chavo is garbage and jelly ight but he ain’t sticking wit the mainstream crowd. Pierre as an artist fell off too, TLOP4 was his peak while TLOP5 remains to be the beginning of the fall off.

He was never on like that and only was popular in the crowds that f*** with Carti and Carti esq music. TLOP4 was his peak like u said and that’s the crowd that was hyping up that project

you can think what you want about the quality, but as a solo artist he's bigger than ever w/ songs off TLOP5 like drunk & nasty, 4U, and switching lanes

at the end of the day, there's still a demand for pi'erre despite him stepping back from just beatmaking

Ohh, I think it's because it was independent. Stay Trippy LLC isn't a major label imprint is it?

Honestly that's part of it. He's not got the machine behind him.

He's hoarding his beats or no one wants to pay his price. What's the last beat he did for someone?

He never was and I'm a big fan, I posted a bad comment on Genius page on a TLOP5 song and got like -40 downvotes

I'm right tho that Uzi song ass and Practice too

  • Jul 3, 2022

He decided to contract his career and focus on himself and his artists. It would’ve been smart if he actually spent time getting more placements and making a name for himself beyond being the SoundCloud rapper’s go-to

Instead he’s reaching a dead end imo

Ig people itt have different meanings of “on” but yeah he was never some super mainstream force although that seems nitpicky and redundant to mention.

Summer 2019 he did have his moment though, I was seeing that album everywhere and he was definitely “on” then. So I can see what people mean by that and I agree
