Don’t mean to bump with no news but ffs why hasn’t anybody made a clone of these game? This may be one of my favorite franchises ever. I just want to play more like it

there is tokobot on the psp and the tinykin indie game from 2 years ago on all platforms but thats it

make sure you do all the challenge modes in all the pikmin games if you havent already, pikmin 2 and pikmin 3 especially have a lot of extra content

its my fav nintendo series and pikmin 2 is my 3rd fav game of all time

i havent played tinkykin yet (although ive heard good things and it has good reviews) but i did play tokobot and i like it a lot and i like how its more focused on platforming so its a different twist

but yeah there is nothing quite like pikmin overall

also if you play PC there are some big expansive mods for pikmin 2 and a few smaller mods for pikmin 1 - and the scene is starting to mod pikmin 3 with a few out already

i havent played them yet but i plan too at some point (the two powercuts ones and colossal caverns) - and theyre really well received

This game really deserved an expansion. Or at least a dandori creator mode kinda like Mario maker. Would’ve extended the games lifespan so much more

I would drop $60 on a remaster of Pikmin 1-3 updated with Pikmin 4 graphics

they went right away working on pikmin 5 due to the massive success n outcry of p4 right out the gate and promised p5 will release in a reasonable time this time

but yeah p3 did get a few extra maps later on for its bonus mode around christmas time of its release year

they will probably do an extended prologue for switch 2 like how they did with p3 deluxe on switch 1

i finally got p4 in 2023 (pikmin 2 my 3rd fav game of all time), and i finally got an announce for okami's return in 2024 my 2nd fav game of all time

now i just NEED a remaster/sequel to bloodborne to be announced this year, my #1 fav game of all time, AND THEN I WON AT LIFE

NINTENDO said they don’t want to go a long time without another entry. So a deluxe of 4 or a new one on Switch 2 is extremely likely tbh
