i love this album but i wont lie. there is a song on the first 5 songs on this album that has this super shrill high resonance frequency that really needed to be EQ'd out that makes the song borderline unlistenable for me but other than that this album is a masterpiece i think

Negro Deluxe was the first time he went into harsh noise punk mixed with spiritual jazz and rap. it's funny cause he can also do the most gorgeously laid back stoner rap on ensley or FlySiifu's. great artist
