Kendrick literally said on the album that worrying about critics isn’t the wave and yet here we are 1k posts deep on a critic review…insanity

Well, we as people always have our views. Cannot "not" have views waiting 5 years for this great album

I feel that. I personally enjoy it and I’m glad to see others are as well but my opinion is gospel as far as I care about
what situation does a p4k review get a positive response from KTT,
if they give another rap project a 10
It’s only going to go up with more reviews. Pitchfork trying to be edgy.
I don’t think they are. The 10/10 reviews were all within a couple of hours of release. They were based on the fact it was a Kendrick album rather than the actual music (which I do think it good btw)

100%
I got your original point, the whole take from Kendrick is that he´s old and mature enough to say "fuck" the critics. He don´t need their approval.
That´s what you ultimately want
Do the reviewers give reviews based on their first listen or do they spin it like 2 or 3 times first?
For pitchfork idk but some reviews for kendrick album were up like 5 hours after it dropped...

This article is filled with misses, already raised it before.

Damn I think reviews would be more honest if they were released like 4/5 days later so they can listen like 3+ times

Kendrick and anthony fantano have the same fanbase of course they care about critics
It’s probably an 8, but that’s closer to a 7.6 than 10
this isnt a good album man

I'm not tryna diss you or nothing so don't take this wrong, but why is this score so important to you? If this ends up getting panned or lowering to the 70s (I can already hear you saying it won't but if it does) will you keep the same energy for these reviews that you hold so highly
