Carti has a good relationship with Cash & NAV, and has been cool with NAV since at least 2017
hard to see nav in the 2nd pic but it's him, and this was just last month
I also think Carti is in rollout mode and wants his name out there, so why not clear the verse with an artist who just gave him a smash
