Carti is a known perfectionist. The reality is WLR has been an ever updating project and its still not ready. Whether thats due to leaks, Cartis perfectionism, his personal life or whatever

PlayboiCarti is not making the right decision at all if this allegation is true. He should already know the fans will leave you and move on to the next artist whether another rapper or singer except if you some gifted mojo (Taylor Swift/Rihanna/Eminem/Justin Bieber/Beyonce/Jonas Brothers/etc exception Kendrick Lamar/J-Cole/Post Malone/Drake/etc) who can release and still get the crowd to ❤️ you. Example Jay Electronica didn't release 🎶 for years and when he finally released his album the fans already left. <<remember he had a big buzz like 10 years ago people was hyped for whatever he was suppose to release next.

Me personally I think his 🎶 is good not because of the production/lyrics/etc but because of his unique delivery. His 🎶 is unorthodox mumble rap. You don't understand one word he is saying but is dope and not one rapper is doing that right now. Yes there are mumble rappers but they are not delivering the vocals the same way PlayboiCarti does ii and this is what makes him unique.
