No, he was actually the only account saying there WOULDN’T be a surprise drop, and he was the only one that was right.

I follow a bunch of hip hop Twitter accounts and he was clowning the account that started the rumor (@​OnnThinIce), and he was tweeting that nothing was dropping while every other account was spreading false rumors that entire night.

He’s actually leaked quite a few things over the last few months before anyone else did (Nav tracklist, Octavian tracklist, 2 Chainz tracklist to name a few), but every time he gets posted on KTT as a source it gets shut down because no one here actually follows him on Twitter and sees the correct information he leaks before any other account does.
