I think the most logical thing to assume is when he said “ALBUM TURNED IN” he meant all songs had been approved and all of his verses/performances approved. Upon completion of his parts on the album (with no features), he is now working with Kanye and Matt to add verses, sequence the tracks, make new videos and merch - plan the roll out.
