This is an amazing record man and it deserves whatever praise it gets. Conceptually well executed, perfectly sequenced. I expected to enjoy the album as I enjoy most of his music but I honestly wasn’t expecting to be floored by it. I’m not as high on his other projects as others might be, not as full bodies of work anyway. But I must say, this is as well executed of a vision as any and among the best work released this year. With this project Carti has proven himself to be more than just a meme or a caricature but a true artist.
