It's honestly kind of terrifying because in the original Cold War ppl weren't really conscious of the brain washing. In the current Cold War ppl have tons of information at their fingertips yet CHOOSE to go to the information which confirms their biases and provides an echo chamber. If you enjoy politics is quite a wild distinction, almost like when they invented the printing press but ppl still chose to ONLY listen to the Catholic Church as their sole source of verifiable information. Definitely crazy to watch from an academic perspective.
