I think the pro Kendrick side is, look, there’s no two ways about it. He made Mr. Morale and felt like he’s dealt with his demons. He sees drake as someone who is a coward that can’t handle that type of maturity and thinks Drake whole persona is a facade that has manifested itself over more than a decades worth of fame. For most people, that type of growth is always met with a fall from grace and he’s kinda taking the stance of do you want that fall to be soft or swift and painful? You get to choose but there’s no where left for you to go but down from here.

I know I’m missing a TON of additional context here I just didn’t want to type a whole novel lol.

The pro-Kendrick side have their opinion, even though I believe some to be short-sighted and/or disingenuous, it doesn't encompass a lot of what actually happened through the years. Like I said yesterday, anyone claiming to end my career and take my fans will be looked at as a threat and not a joyful bout. To speak to the facade, is the fault of the listener because for years Drake has been showing open palms as if he were not a threat, but has continuously threatened other people and artists. The problem with MMBS is that whatever amount of counseling Kendrick went through, it fell short because the double-mindedness is definitely apparent. He says one thing in those beef records, then immediately contradicts it lines later. Tallied into the Big Sean stuff I spoke about yesterday, there's a far larger window that people don't see because of there feelings for Drake

The point isnt about his master’s, its about why the music was threatened to be taken off. Its a very fair stance cos TDE points out the hypocrisy of taking off their music and them only focusing on black genres
