I think Drake is in a deal with Stake which is basically Kick.
I think Kick bought her stuff to push her on the platform, had her tweet like it was Drake did to use Drake/TO as an image of natural growth.
Both for Kick and Streaming/Streamers in TO.
I think Drake was ok with it bc it's just a tweet and going on a stream for a few/contract promo requirements.
I don't think Drake know this person, or their content at all.
I also think the Kick deal has always been a horrible look for him bc Kick is a bad in itself.

Well it’s not really a secret if she’s doing it live on stream and posting in on whatever discord server.. From what I read he’s been following her and supporting for a while now.

Plus she’s from Toronto I would assume someone as calculated and in tune with what’s going on today in the streaming world would do his calculations before investing.
