The difference is that your thread was explicitly based around discussing him raping his mother - it had that in the title and all it had in the OP was a link to it. I don’t think there’s any merit to discussing a guy raping his mother at all

The other one I still think is unnecessary but is about him being arrested not intrinsically about what he did
