In the U.S., there’s a thin line between comply or be killed. Major changes are needed in police departments all throughout the country. It goes beyond racial issues. Police are an issue period.

Also, this outcome is tragic and could have been avoided.

In the video you can see the cops using civilians cars for cover... while people were still inside them
