they made music for a completely different audience though- especially Juice, whose music was radio friendly

Pop had the potential to lead the way and make music for any kind of rap/hip hop audience, you dont get many artists like that

no need to compare Big to Pop though....

they were their own artists. Both were robbed of achieving many more great things

  • Zack From The Six

    Disrespecting Biggie like this

Bro it’s not that hard to realize. Quavo was co signing him hella hard before the feature. Him and Travis was in the studio blasting Dior. Travis did the GATTI song and pop started getting that mainstream buzz. Of course any nigga who’s deep into hip hop knew of him and of course welcome to the party was buzzing that whole 2019 but majority still wasn’t bumping him

    Pop smoke
    Biggie

    Both from Brooklyn
    Both died tragically
Their city’s fav artist at the moment

Only comparison I see. Pop was never going to be near biggie impact and talent even if you gave him the same amount of time biggie was alive. Pop was a niche artist most his career until early 2020
