I actually haven’t watched p*** in a month. got crazy urges recently (like urges to o***** or have sex) but haven’t really had the urge to watch p***.
I think after this month my body has stopped associating watching p*** with getting a dopamine hit
so I don’t really have a craving to watch p*** cause my brain doesn’t think anything will come out of it.
