the writing appeals to me to the most cause I too suffer from imposter syndrome. its really open, honest, vulnerable, hopeful, and heartfelt. also the production be slapping at times and it sounds so warm n anime

wayyyy better than worlds. but I still think his production on his virtual self project is the best he has done.

I have never been a fan of Porter Robinson before. Worlds to me was just boring.

I think what appeals to me so much here is the emotion behind every track. The melodies and production is so much more vibrant, colorful, and beautiful. But I think most of all, this is basically the kind of music that is just made for me lol. I am a sucker for anime inspired soundtrack type stuff and its obvious the influences here are fueled with that, Madeon and even a degree of Discovery era Daft Punk. So I love all that deeply so it aint a surprise that I really dig this as well.

f***ing just realized this album reminds me of baths cerulean and his demos from that time

i think this album is held up by its highs, and not as solid as his first but it's for different reasons that I think we f*** w that album so much, and it's the same reason why so many young ass kids are confused why it's so revered

The live show of Worlds really elevated the album, hope it does the same for this one (the Secret Sky show was dope but I think he didn't showed everything he had)
