FreddieKaneTop5Can’t bring myself to listen to Circles yet... Mac’s death f***ed me up. How much input did he have in the project? Any? I’ve heard it’s an absolute vibe.
Yeah KA is a pure lyricist. That can’t be denied. Maybe it was a bad time to listen to HKTS when I did (was walking to the store and around my area). I think KA is deep listening type s***
so mac was already planning on dropping circles as a sequel to swimming while in the process of making swimming
so some songs went on circles and some went to swimming
plan was to do a trilogy of albums (swimming/circles and a third one but oh well...)so i think most of circles was in a finished state they just had to polish it, add some production etc, and ofc make a proper tracklist for the album etc
Swimming and Circles were planned to be the first two installments in a trilogy of albums, where the last piece would have been "a pure hip-hop record", as described by Brion

actually I'm not a big Rocky stan lol, I'm a very good fan but I understand most of the criticism towards him. Testing was good and very overhated imo, but it could have been better, he needs to improve his rapping on his next project and cut that s***ty slow raspy singing delivery, production and flow still top notch ofc
