Top 3 for me. It’s a very grounded and honest album. I appreciate him switching things up as well. Reading the interviews he has done for the album press run has made me appreciate the album even more, with him revealing what inspired the album and his approach.

It's a big year in hip hop with Roc dropping a Al collab album, both woods and Ka dropping two albums each, and Akai recently dropping his best project ever. Not to mention Saba and Smino and even JID (who I was never a big fan of) all coming thru with damn good projects. and Earl f***ing Sweatshirt. Sheesh. Mavi is really shining as an underground wordsmith who can flirt with mainstream sensibilities.
