Quelle Chris produced for Danny Brown as far back as 2011. I dont see people mentioning it often but Quelle Chris is actually from Detroit and I swear to god for all the years that ive been on the internet ive never seen anybody calling Quelle Chris one of the best rappers from Detroit. to me that's super funny

  • To add to this Nas and AZ were supposed to be on Bring it On off reasonable doubt but they dubbed it and I think Gaga was also supposed to be on B**** Don’t Kill my Vibe

Also Prince dated Wendy Melovin’s sister while they were in the revolution together

  • Danny Brown almost signed to G-Unit, 50 liked his rapping but didnt' like his rockstar style of dressing saying it was too white. he did drop a collab mixtape with Tony Yayo though in 2010

  • Rick Ross' real name is William Roberts, and his mentee's name, Meek Mill is Robert Williams.

When Ross' assistant booked Meek's flight so Ross could meet him, she thought she made a drunk mistake and put Ross' name backwards and f***ed up the meet.

Rick Ross wanted both Tyler the Creator and Wiz Khalifa on MMG in the early 2010s, Tyler never picked up the phone, Wiz was interested but was offered more money elsewhere.

tyler was going to release wolf originally in 2010 with the infamous llama track on it, but scrapped it after earl got sent to samoa and dropped goblin instead

he also has a secret album full of about 30 instrumentals that he made on the goblin tour after he broke his foot, he posted a link to it on his twitter in 2011 and took it down like a minute later, only a few people actually have the tape to this day and the album cover is publicly available if you know what youre looking for

Back in the 1920s, some dude named Luigi Russolo made a f*** tonne of "Industrial Noise Instruments" and played them downtown. People hated them so much they rioted, destroyed all his instruments and ran him out of town.

Luigi's essay on "Noise Music" changed the world and is directly responsible for the development of multiple genres from rock and roll to dubstep.

Luigi Russolo was perhaps the first noise artist. His 1913 manifesto, L'Arte dei Rumori (The Art of Noises), stated that the industrial revolution had given modern men a greater capacity to appreciate more complex sounds. Russolo found traditional melodic music confining, and he envisioned noise music as its future replacement.
