that's what I'm saying it's insane to me that he's not huge

he had a crazy feat on TLOP too and then put that wack ass EP out to ruin that hype

and now he thinks he's a punk rockstar

He also went on Young Turks recently lol

IN recent memory, all i could think of is VIC MENSA.

How you got a cosign from kanye, sign to jay z and still be a dud.
& his biggest song is still the one he got while he had the hype with ye all those years ago. Never thought it would of been chance instead of vic tbh. But this industry is cutthroat & everyone cant make it.

Ehh I wasn't a big fan of Sea Lice and her 2nd album. I think her EP comp and debut were great but the media hyped her up to be "the next big thing in indie" and that definitely backfired.

I thought her debut was kinda gimmicky and way too long.

I liked her 2nd one much more and the singles that came after it were nice

24hrs didn't reach his potential due to his looks tbh, at least for the type of music he makes

Yeah I will admit the singles for the 2nd one were great. Overall I just wasn't feeling it.

I think those gimmicks on her debut were a blessing/curse. A blessing that she had this unique style(wether it's good or bad is for another convo) and so people kinda latched onto it. But it was also a curse because she knew that gimmick wouldn't last long so when she switched up her style, people saw her as just another indie singer-songwriter.

He killed all the hype he had going for himself all because he's lazy and has a substance abuse problem. Mans really about to go 4 years without dropping an album. He's not Kendrick, Drake, or Cole, level to go MIA for that long, thinking people will still look for him. That loosie he dropped was nothing special imo.

Bro 95 percent of rap aren’t there level. There is no artist that does his type of rap on their level. I don’t know what you expected but Cole and Kendrick are anomalies. And youre making it seem like you know him personally to know why he suffers with substance abuse. Somethings are more important than music.

He obvious isn’t lazy because he has been working. That has been stated multiple times. Everyone goes through something.
