Dude it’s not to prevent. If you get sore it’s better to use your arm than keep it stiff

To everyone getting the vaccine:
Yes your arm will be sore and might even swell up, but it just depends on you. Nothing you do can prevent it lol. Don’t be shadow boxing lmfao.
In my personal opinion. You’ll only have symptoms if you’ve have symptoms to medication/allergies etc.
