Nope. Streaming took off in 2016. None of the Drake albums released from 2010 till then were pulling any streams, so as far as STREAMING is concerned, him and Drake started on equal footing. That's my point.
Since 2016, Drake has dropped 3 projects and Post has also dropped 3 projects.

And? Views wasn't on Spotify for the first two weeks of it's release. Post dropped Stoney in late 2016 and by early 2017, it had blown the hell up. He dropped Rockstar, arguably his biggest record till date, in September 2017.
