a black or black adjecent artist can create an entire album full of God's Plan tier tracks and still sell less album units than the Ed Sheeran's, Adeles and Taylor Swifts of the world.
ed sheeran has like 3 albums that sold over 10 million copies, while drake has 0, despite the fact that Drake is more of an icon... that just tells you everything you need to know.
and a newcomer like Post Malone managed to make an album that will outsell Drake's best selling album within the next 2 years lol. the Eminem effect is in full display here.

No Post is not a pop rapper. He is a pop singer. Drake is a pop rapper in a more similar way to Travis and Migos. It’s really about the melodies for these guys.
Post Malone out here straight singing. Not rapping. Like Drake raps all the time.

also as far as the difference between the sales of scorpion and bbb, u can attribute that to the bundles, the 2 months of advance and the radio bias lol.
also, one of the reasons post albums do so well longevity wise compared to drake is that post stays relatively silent and gets no hits after the drop. drake on the other hand gave hits after hits to other rappers which gave drake listeners more songs to give attention to aka less focus on the scorpion album that dropped, if you regrouped drake features in album, i don't think the sales of that hypothetical album would be that far from the actual sales of Scorpion or BB&B.

It’s a slippery slope because there is no biological ethnicity to Judaism, the culture of the religion is just rooted in so much pride that the culture itself is treated and now a days acknowledged as an ethnicity. But he’s not really half Jewish he’s just half white. He’s 100% Jewish cuz his mom is Jewish therefor making it his religion by default (under Jewish law) but Im just rambling at this point I understand what you were trynna say.
And btw you’re not wrong I’ve heard Jews use the term “half Jewish” before but that kinda s*** is just one of my pet peeves lol like when people call Latino or “Spanish” a race.
