grow a beard and lift

think your haircut isn't ideal, makes your face appear longer and it makes your forehead wider too. in lookstheory they say these aren't ideal so you can start there. wide forehead is a neotonus trait associated with femininity and wide + compact faces are more masculine so in theory if you have a longer face you don't want to draw attention to it, instead you want your hair to frame it in a way that evens this out.

(I've read all this in some toxic communities/forums/sub-reddits so you won't have to, those people there have issues so stay away, they'll recommend surgery and be very critical although they're ugly af as well, very jaded people)

your lower third might also benefit if you grew a beard, it isn't particularly strong so keeping it clean shaven also draws attention to it and since it is weak it isn't considered attractive. (think drake or tom hardy and how they look with a beard vs without one) generally if you have a strong and defined jawline/chin you would prefer to be clean shaven (henry cavill looks better without a beard imo)

TLDR: identify haircuts that suit your face shape, grow a beard since you have a weak jaw/chin area. give those a try and see how you go.
