Clean my face in the shower then I apply a face mask afterwards. Let that sit for 5-10mins or until dried, then wash it off. Apply toner and let that dry, then I apply the serum followed by the face oil.

Haven't tried their cleanser because I find it pretty pointless if I'm already washing my face in the shower with soap. I personally never had an issue, but results may vary of course
