Anyways recently did a version of Ye's "Robocop" and incorporated some Mozart-ian elements into it. It's def a sound I am trying to create a new style of music that breaks down the artificial wall between modern music and the epicness of classical music and Ye was a big inspo in that. Check it

I am talking about putting 808 booty shakin samples in with big Wagnerian brass + strings. I am onto looking for a new sound. Ye (despite his recent behavior) is my model for this in that way. I hope to break it out big in the next few years with concept of classical + hip hop + electronic new frontier s***

What was the first instrument you played?

Started as a piano student when I was like 6-7. Kept playing into my teens winning a few competitions was headed on the classical music conservatory track, but then I heard graduation and got obsessed with producing also heard Jimi Hendrix/Van Halen and got obsessed with guitar playing and took up guitar around age 15. My teachers were mad disappointed in me, but I knew was on the right track. Ended up going to school for composition instead of trying to be a piano prodigy. Studied orchestration and now I am at where I am at to try really change the music world for the better

That is awesome. I started sample-based producing recently but want to learn an instrument (I’m thinking piano) and more music theory in the future. Even when I’m thumbing around playing keys in my DAW over my beats I love the feeling. And I grew up on a lot of Indian/Pakistani music which always made me have an interest in classical music.

Anyways I think you have a very dope and unique path/sound. Definitely got my support

spent most of october exploring drum patterns and samples from genres I've never produced. ended up with 3 tracks I dig a lot and put together a nice little EP. some drum&bass, funk+house fusion, and afropop in here, but kept my flavor of sampling in each one
