Him and a lot of his music imo is just image and people mistake that image for substance which is why I don’t like a lot of his music ( really anything post gkmc), even if it some of it sonically good it just feels inauthentic and trying to hard to prove something, say what you want about drakes music but he just is, he knows who he is what he does how he lives and seems to make peace with a lot of that and just lives and seems to love his life and just raps about whatever he’s going through at that time which is why I find albums like mmbs so funny to look at reactions from as it seems like he knows that too, even if you sell the whole world on a lie you’ll know the truth at the end of the day and it just seemed like that consumed him
It’s not Great sonically bro’s voice is sub par and I agree with ur assessment
