Yeah I stopped vaping 4 months ago I just thought smoking the half blunt I had in my car won’t be that big problem since I was cleaning it. This whole time I been fixing my ocd and s*** thinking that it’s it but I’m not sure anymore and it’s possibly GERD s***. After the visit tomorrow I’ll talk to my dad about endoscopy. Today I didn’t eat anything spicy or acidic stuff and just sat down on my seat the whole time and for some reason it helped. I’m hoping it’s something simple and easy to fix. Appreciate it tho I been going through this hell for awhile lol

Bro cold turkey. I just started running and was busy trynna make content online so I didn’t fein it as much. I did have the oral fixation but I just wanted to feel better cause the throat sensation was bothering me 24/7. The sensation literally was so bad to the point I don’t wanna smoke anymore. Just gotta have something that grabs your attention. Possibly a hobby
