Man hopefully it’s not so serious . I never went thru something this bad tbh. I used to get the throat tightness issue here and there and would go away after few minutes but the past 4 months since I been sober it been 24/7. It did get better as I start sitting up for few hours after eating and just eating smaller non acidic food but I want the feeling to be over bruh . hopefully we can get pass this soon
