star67xwhat if he started collecting data all the way back when FM dropped or even prior and then THP6 lines tapped was drake extracting more evidence to all this bot play, manipulation, payola, under the table play that kendrick/pgland is doing themselves directly. he wouldn't have said this to kendrick via thp6 if he doesn't know that there is direct communication between kendrick/his team and all the botting/fake streams.
Pretty much the theme for Drake's Family Matters drop was Kendrick was digging his own grave and Drake was going to bury him in it.

Drake and Texas have a great relationship. He gets a lot of love in Texas. I'm assuming he filed that petition in Texas b/c it's strategic.
1. Super strong Anti-SLAAP laws.
2. If this gets presented Infront of a jury, Texas jurors definitely going to lean towards believing Drake
3. Texas has also super high reputational and punitive damages paid out by individuals found liabile/guilty.
Spent a few min researching this and this is my best guess as to why he filed in Texas
