Drake stating domestic violence isn't defamation to Kendrick has he didn't experience harm from it, correct?

Edit like that would need to be a minimum proven

Well 1) what did he explicitly even say, that's gonna be a question here right? Woman beater line comes to mind but Same s*** I said about malice aforethought also applies to Kendrick; (2) answering your question Kendrick could argue he experienced harm but can he really show that in a demonstrable fashion in a court of law? Doubt it..

Theres a reason defamation is a tie in with the fraud and rico s*** and it's cuz by itself it's really hard to have legs.. both of these guys can argue for days that they didn't know whether the internet rumors were true.. however regarding UMG "if you thought this s*** was true why would you continue to have a contractual relationship with drake when you obviously should've executed the morality clause in your contract and dropped him?.. what's that you didn't know if he was a pedo or not? Oh so then why'd you distribute and push a song that said he was one and pay supporters to promote it? What's that you didn't? Then why did you push for xyz promotions with influencers?"

see where I'm going with this? Easier to sue org then it is each respective artist, tldr- Kendrick can try to prove he suffered a harm and would have to argue it somehow affected his marriage and maybe has a chance like that etc etc but he's not meeting the malice forethought standard for sure

They finally realizing what deceptive trade practices and racketeering is in real time love it, the law has finally caught up with the music scene drake is the man 🤣🤝🏽

And they can't join the suit but if drake get a favorable ruling it could open the floodgates for other artists to receive compensation.. I'm pretty sure there are other suits over a similar nature to this one going from artists unions of some sort i think suing Spotify.. other artists could come forward to sue these entities but they would obviously have to be as well funded as Drake which many ppl obviously aren't.. its truly something only Drake could've done because of his affluence
