I get the point for innovation but at the same time it’s just leaving too many loose ends and not enough good pacing for it to be legendary. It’s a good attempt at breaking the mold but not properly done.

Like, it's never been more clear: he made WDIM simply so he'd have a new rap slapper to perform on tour, which is why it was released right before he went to Europe to kickoff his tour. He was coming up with the melody for Which One on the first Iceman livestream and then threw Central Cee on it once he got to Europe. His photographer, Cindy, just posted the video of him freestyling Dog House and coming up with it on the spot. He did his parts and then added Yeat to it after he joined him on tour.
Meanwhile, simply because he's actually releasing the songs that came out of those sessions, niggas are acting like Drake has magically forgotten how to make music or like if Iceman isn't some classic in their delusional fantasy, his career and legacy are forever ruined.
I really can't wait for dude to retire so y'all can go stan someone else with this weak-ass mentality y'all have. I don't know what he has to do to prove himself to even some of his most silly fans who need every single album to affirm their belief in his ability as a musician. It never ends.
Iceman can drop on Friday and be genuinely amazing and you'll still see some silly Drake fans crying, writing epistles, worried about "what if the next album isn't good"? Just a hopeless bunch of people, man.

We don't know if these songs are tied to this album, Drake puts out throwaways all the time. I'm not sure what the streams are for, outside of the paranoid narrative and telling whatever story he's telling.

Ironically enough, I love sad music but don't really associate myself within it. I try not to have other people influence the way I process experiences but I love hearing and understanding their perspective of their own experience. Whether it be music, conversation, sport, etc
Also I don't believe relationships are forever. I know better than most that more than love can be lost in a day
