that’s quite literally false they are giving away the amount of credits needed to get the album (100) through the app to a portion of its users + letting them purchase the album through reward points they already have from paying rent.

The users on there can spend those reward points on literally any other product on there. You’re basically saying if someone is gifted a gift card to a store like Target and then uses that to buy a vinyl of an album, that shouldn’t count as a sale
