The case isn’t continued. Drakes lawyers have only filed an appeal. And we do know what the plaintiffs had because it’s all in the lawsuit and already argued for in their statements. You cant submit new evidence for an appeal. Most appeals fail btw and are just a formality in the legal system

They plead the facts to make a complaint. They were in the process of beginning discovery.

They got cut off from discovery because the judge ruled there was no basis for defamation based on what drakes team argued. They weren’t able to present any compelling arguments or evidence for judge to continue the lawsuit.
