The Darkest AngelIt's crazy because if you was around hip-hop circles at the time, the same purists who make that criticism of him were actually calling Take Care and NWTS duds. I'm old enough to remember they had mixed reception but outside those circles the general public and people who just genuinely enjoy music loved them. It took time for the critics and media to accept those 2 as some of hip-hop's definitive classics but it happened. I really think it will happen with his 2020's work too. We even see haters have moved on from Views and More Life hate and are coming to accept them
Whatever Drake's dropping in the 2030's will be compared to stuff like CLB, Honestly Nevermind, Her Loss, etc. It's just how it goes with Drake for some reason
Drake of today is nowhere near pre Scorpion Drake talent wise, in any category. Ya'll are insufferable on here.
